Under the hood there is some. Not sure about your application, but it might control interior stuff too. It will be a bigger amperage than normally inside the car though

There are 2 possible areas. 1 is the fuse box beside your left foot. 2 would be in the engine compatment on the right.

If your fuse to the clock is good, and your clock is still "dead" then your clock is most likely on the fritz. An intermittent clock for the Camry was common to certain years of that line. The good news is that you can have your clock refurbished cheaply at www.subaru-clock.com. If you email "Dr.Clock" at the above website (as he calls himself), he will even provide some simple tips on how to remove your Camry clock in just a few easy steps.
