SOURCE: hazards and blinkers not working

There are separate fuses for the turn signals and blinkers, but you should check both of them just to see if they're good.

You may have a burnt out turn signal bulb as well. I know that this sounds like an obvious answer, but a single bulb can sometimes disable the entire system because of the way that some flashers operate.

You could also have a defective turn signal/hazard light flasher. This is located under the dash board on the driver's side between the steering column and the door. You have to remove the sound insulation/kick panel (the cover on the bottom of the dash board) to reach the flasher (it is easy to remove - I don't think you even need tools).

SOURCE: trac off light comes on a 2003 pontiac grand am

This is the TCS or Traction Control System. It helps keep the vehicle from being able to get stuck by forcing the torque to either tire. Usually there is a switch either on the dash or on the shifter that says TCS or TRAC press the switch and it should go off.

SOURCE: where is the turn signal relay for a 2003 pontiac

it's not a turn signal relay, it's the Hazard Switch relay (same thing but different name). and it's behind your center console. the hazard switch is part of the relay, it does not come apart.

2 things I would check on this would be try cycling your hazard switch on and off a few times see if that changes the problem because your tsignals run through the hazard switch , if that changes what happens then replace hazard switch, next would be turn signal relay a bad relay can cause lights to stay on

Sometimes my turn signals work, sometimes they don't on my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am

It sounds like your hazard switch needs replacing. The signals are relayed through it. It is an easy fix. Pop off the bezel and unplug the wires and remove the screws that hold it in, than reinstall.
