Engine bogs and studders in low rpms usualy when warm
When i rev the engine is studders and bogs mainly between 1 an 3 rpms. anything over is usualy fine. fine when driving on the highway except when i come to a complete stop still in drive it does the same thing. the lights dim and it bogs up and down and sounds like its going to stall out. and when i step on it to downshif to go uphill it sputters an stuff before it cetches and climbs.

not sure what you mean, idle? High idle usualy bend a rod to position the cam in the right place when engine is cold or with the choke plate held about 1/8" open and low idle is turn the idle screw with the engine warm. The screw rests high on the cam when cold and low on the cam when engine has warmed. you may find an index marking on the cam.
I would take the throttle body off and look at the fuel pressure regulator spring they have a bad habit of breaking or getting weak and getting alot of sludge on the diaphram you can buy a regulator kit aftermarket if you need one.
Engine performance problem causes are many. Try this first.
1. Disconnect the battery cables (both of them)
2. Touch/connect the postive and negative battery cables together for 30 seconds.
3. Reconnect the cables to the battery.
4. Drive vehicle to see if this solved the problem. Let me know what happens.
this maybe a fuel problem check fuel filter. also clean maf sensor, (manifold air flow). YOU CAN GO TO ANY AUTO PARTS STORE AND BUY A CAN OF MAF SENSOR SPRAY. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON CAN CAREFULLY. as long as you have the spray clean iat sensor, (Intake air temperature) it is in big hose from air filter to throttle body. it just pulls out from hose. it would not hurt to make sure the plugs are ok. because these two sensors have a lot to do with the load on engine as well as the map sensor.
