On the dash is the emergency flasher button. Along with that is the flasher.Not a hard fix. Need new flasher. Pry gently the black ring around key hole. The plastic frame around the radio needs to be pried out. A very thin regular screwdriver as the tool. Unplug flasher I think there's 3 fasteners that hold it. Check your local GM dealer first, there might be a warranty for that.

check fuse in your fuse box if all the fuse are good you may have different problem
1- loose fuse
2- loose wire
3-electrical switch panel light is bad

I have the same problem i've found all three fuse boxes there is one on the driver side to the left of the wheel and one on the passenger side to the right of the dash board and one under the hood of the car my question is what to do next?
