try checking the fuse box for blown fuses, if all fuses are ok, then the lightbulbs behind the dash need to be changed

OK ON YOUR SPEEDOMETER, THERES TRIP A, TRIP B, AND THE REGULAR ODMO... U NEED TO PUT IT ON TRIP A (WITH THE KEY OFF) ONCE U GET IN ON TRIP A, PUSH AND HOLD THE BUTTON DOWN,WHILE HOLDING BUTTON DOWN TURN KEY ON, YOU WILL SEE LINES POP UP ON THE ODOMETER, (WHERE THE MILES ARE DISPLAYED) THEY WILL GO OUT ONE BY ONE, ONCE IT STATES 0 YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.. -check the dimmer relay under the hood , in the fuse and relay box.
- check the tail light relay located passenger's side behind the glove box
