Question about 1999 Mazda 626
My 99 mazda 626 is having a wierd pooling of what seems to be trans fluid. there is no problem with the steering, braking, and the oil levels are fine. but this fluid is pooling under the intake box and is splashing in that area up to the brake fluid box and other side of the maf sensor... cant pinpoint where its coming from... anyone know of any suggestions?
I had the same problem, it was the transmission vent hose getting pinched which causes the transmission fluid to overflow through the dipstick tube. i put a new hose and that stopped the overflowing fluid. hope that helps

Try tracing the trans cooling lines and or the pwr steering lines
