Unless the wires were removed the firing order cannot change as also the length of the wires do not permit that the wires switch over. All what is needed is to check the spark at each plug , if of low internsity check the ignition system including the HT coil. Also the fuel filter and the fuel pump for the right pressure.
Hi the firing order for your Honda is 1 3 4 2. No. 1 is the cylinder at the pulley end of the engine. Honda put there engines in backwards to most front wheel drive vehicle, the pulley end is on the right when u lift the bonet ( the hood ) Hope this helps you. John ( South Wales UK )
