Question about Nissan Murano
I've already checked no water damage to either Key FOB or interoir controls. and no the unlock button on my key fob isn't stuck. I am aware that if you hold the unlock button the front two windows roll down. Currently my windows are closed, as I had car running, i opened both front doors then I shut my car off, pulled key out of igination hit lock button and closed both doors and both windows are still up, it's been 3 hours (fingers crossed it was a glitch). Anyone else having these issues?

Look for a short in the wiring harness in the door. The wires from the door lead to the convenience module (controls the doors and windows and some other settings including remote fob) that is under the dash. It sounds like some wires are crossed. VWs are also notorious for having problems with window regulators. They make the windows go up and down and are in the doors. Something might have happen to that and it cause a short. VW just extended the warranty on the window regulators to seven years because of these problems so you should be able to take it to a dealer and not get charged (this is in the U.S. at least, don't know about the rest of the world). The extended warrranty was not limited to original owners but you might want to ask the service people about it first.

Insert key into door barrel or ignition lock and turn key, whilst doing this press the unlock/lock button, the led on the dash should flash to indicate this has initialised the key to the car, then remove key and test operation of remote. If this fails then a new remote plus coding to the car by your dealership is needed

Did you manage to sort out your problem?? I have exactly the same problem, with exactly the same door. I have scanned the internet for a solution to the problem, but with no luck. If you did find out how to sort it please post your answer . Thanks :))
