the problem is with the transmission overdrive circuit voltage is low. start by checking the #5 fuse in the fuse block under the hood. if it is ok check for voltages at the trans control relay. past that you may need to take it to a reputible technician for further diagnosis

P0191 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
It maybe your Fuel Sensor, or Fuel regulator is bad. Ask dealer if there is a TSB on it, just in case it is a recall on a part that is defective and get a free fix if it is.
