this is a pass key problem, try this.
PASS LOCK RESET GM CARS 1999 UP
1) Put the key in the ignition and turn to the "ON" position. Leave it that way for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the key and take it out. Repeat this process (2) more times (3 times, 30 minutes total) This should reset the passlock system to recognize your key

most likely timing belt. My car did the same thing when it broke, lights, then nothing. definately need someone with mechanical knowledge to really assess this because i dont think there is an easy way to check on your vehicle. Only thing i could tell you is to look in the hole where you put the oil in while somone else is turning the motor over, but i can't be sure if you can see the cam to see if it's moving or not. Hope this helps :)

Check your Ignition 1 & ignition 3 fuses in the inside fuse block,also check the body fuse 10amp in the inside fuse block.Keyless entry should take back off once you found the blown fuse.hope this helps
