Connected obd2 scanner to car. now elecrical system is dead

What year 9-3 ? The newer Saab's use CANOBDII capable scanners. I have never heard of a scanner causing damage to an electrical system. Check your battery and fuses.

1990 Audi 100 key won't lock or unlock doors

This is usually caused by broken plastic parts in the lock system. The best would be to verify and lub all locks and check out the elecrical.

I have a 1994 Camero V6, 3.4 Was running died, now won't start, or turn over checked: Fuel,Hot Battary, Security Light stays on even with key removed. Wasn't even on prior to dieing. Car had not...

this car uses the VATS/PassKey system, which is turning the security light on when you try to start it.

One possibility is that the resistor in the key is damaged or dirty. If you have another key, try that. If the chip in the key wiggles or the contacts are dirty, that might be the problem.

If it's not the key, you might need some electrical work done on the security system to get it running again. If you're good with electrical work, you can get wiring diagrams (Haynes repair manuals include them) and try to do it yourself.
Most likely your VATS system has an issue and it is not recognising the key and since the light is staying on, that is more evedince thay this is going to be the issue. I am going to do some reading and see what we can do to by pass that if possible on your car.

My 87 doge died we worked on it now the key wont work to start it has had problems befor when you turn it off it dont want to go off it sputters and sometime i have to turn the key back on then off just to...

All sign is pointing to a bad electric switch.
The ignition switch is consist of three parts.
1)key way 2)steering lock 3)electrical system
In your case,it can be a bad switch and/or worn linkage point where they connect.
As you turn the key, there is a shaft/linkage (just like a screw driver) that turn the electrical switch,
Over time the plastic center will worn down or crack.

Depend on your skill level you can pass a vacuum over the hosing to clean to as far as replacing the electrical switch.
This is a very inexpensive $15 part. ~1 hour of labor time.

Not starting nothing at all

little to broad could be fuel system or electrical systems, it's not starting as in when you turn the key it makes no noise at all or when you turn the key it cranks but does not turn over? or does it start then die immediately?

Cannot start tahoe after loose battery cable messed with the elecric system .Is there a reset switch for this year 2001 LT .All power is on and working I just have no responce to the starter when I turn...

The cable is still too loose for enough electricity to flow to start the starter. When you turn the key to starter the lights in the dash will go out and then when released the lights will go back on again as if everything is fine. Check connections sand them down and tighten them up if you haven't already to make the electricity flow better and i like to give them a shot of WD40 on top of that (its supposed to drive moisture out).

Door wont unlock when i put key in

I believe your problem is directly related to the elecrical contacts in the door key lock itself. I understand that the door locks but wont unlock. If the switch in the lock tumbler it self is not defective you may have other electrical problems in this circuit. do you have the same problem on the passenger door or is it specific to the drivers side only
