If the headlamp is not burned out and you say the fuses and relays (in the IPDM I/R) are OK, the fault may be in the combination (lighting) switch or the body control module. Check 10A fuses 1 and 6 in the fuse block and 50A fusible kink F in the fuse and fusible link box

SOURCE: 05 altima blows fuse for left headlight

Go out at night, or dusk, with a flash lite, replace the fuse with a higher amp or any spare fuse, turn out the lights, turn on the car lights, look for a spark somewhere, have people standing around engine comp, if it doesn't blow, wiggle wires, if it shorts out, you should see a spark, fix with tape, you should be all set.

SOURCE: after it rains water is in trunk Nissan Altima

When diagnosing a water leak, here's a handy tip. Check the accumulated water. If the water is dirty, look for leaks from the underside of the vehicle (floor, wheelwells, etc). If the accumulated water is clean, look for leaks from the topside of the vehicle (trunk seal, window seal, etc). To find where the water is coming from, shut yourself in the trunk with a flashlight and have an assistant run water over the trunk with a garden hose. You may have to remove some of the interior trunk trim to see exactly were the water is coming from, but chances are you'll find it. Also another common cause of water leaks are from impact damage, so check for collision damage repair. while your in there. -hope this helps.

Right hand headlight not working had 2 stright wire it to the left side

You should not run this bulb in series with the light on the other side. You will only cause your lights to dim and possibly cause more electrical issues.

You need to trace the fault with the wiring on the side with the issue.

1) Check the bulb connector for corrosion or signs of overheating.
2) Check or replace the headlight relay.
3) Trace the light wiring back, running continuity checks down the length of the wire to the relay.

You should have found the issue by number 3 ;)

I have changed bulb on driver's headlight but dim still will not work. This is 2005 nissan altima

It can be one of the following;

The headlamp relays located under the hood and clearly marked(there is one for the right headlamp and one for the left headlamp - swap them and see if the problem goes to the other side. If not - then it is the dimmer switch itself.

Take Care.

Left side head light was out, so i changed the bulb, but it's still not working. what should i do.

I would check the fuses under the hood for the left head light to see if it is blown.If not try switching the right headlight relay to the left one and see if the problem switches to the othere side. If it does switch to the other side get a new relay and put it in the side that isn't working.
