Check all suspension bushes for wear as well as strut top condition and the condition and position of the rubber seats at the base of the springs within the damper units. All of these areas are prone to wear and may eventually cause such noises when travelling over undulating terrain.

Your starter is not properly engaging with the flywheel. It is most likely the problem. You can gently tap on it with a hammer, and it might break free, but it most likely needs to be replaced.
