Battery is good, had alt checked, its good, still not charging

Assuming that the checks you had done are in fact correct, then the most likely problem would be a bad fusible link in the charging line from the alternator to the battery. The easiest way to test this is to remove the red wire that is bolted to the rear of the alternator and check for voltage there )(on the wire). It should read the battery voltage level. If is is zero volts, or a very low voltage as compared to the battery, then the fusible link in the line is either severed or very close to it. A shop can find and replace the link at a reasonable cost. A DIYer can do it also, providing he can find the link location. Fusible links are installed in these lines to act as protection for the battery and alternator under high current conditions. Fusible links can also crack and break from excessing flexing and age.

I put 3 brand new batters and alternators and it keep saying charging system

Hello, your Alternator has a fusible link of about 80 Amps to protect the electrical system. The big wire from the back of the Alternator needs to be tested by disconnecting the big wire and attaching an Ohmmeter to the loose end. The other end of the big wire will be found in a power connection and at that location you run a test wire to the other end of your Ohmmeter. It should complete a circuit. If it does not, the fusible link is blown. It needs to be replaced.

If the big wire does make a circuit, the problem is in the small 12 Volt wire going to the Alternator. Usually this is termed an "exciter" wire. It feeds the small voltage into the Alternator so big Amperage comes out. If this wire is dead you need to trace it back to the Ignition switch.

Your local Autoparts store, I know Autozone, Oreillys, and Advance will show pictures of the part and often locations. Sometimes you can look in the aftermarket shop manuals they sell and reference what you need. When your Alternator shorted it probably burned the fusible link.

Would like to know how you made out and if you found my solution useful.

I just need to know what the alternator fuse looks like and where it is located

The Alternator "Fuse" is typically a "Fusible Link" and has been since the advent of Alternators. Typically it is a piece of smaller gauge wire and Crimped somewhere downstream of the Alternator. Follow the 10 AWG wire and the Smaller Guage wires and you should find a Fusible Link somewhere.
