SOURCE: 1992 chevrolet s10 blazer 4.3L engine, 4WD,

Check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail on top of the engine it should read a minimum of 30 psi if any lower replace the fuel pump, also if you smell a gas odor and the fuel pressure regulator looks wet with gas replace the pressure regulator before the fuel pump. This sounds like a fuel delivery issue.

Chevy s10 shuts off while driving, sometimes sputters first, changed fuel filter, plugs and wires are good, what else could it be?

Have you run a fault code test on the engine control module? plugs, fuel filter will not cause a engine stall. You have another problem like a crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor or ignition control module or wiring or a ECM issue, so that is why you must do the fault code test. I need to know the year to help you with doing that test..

Jaguar XJ 6 97 engine shuts down acts like its not getting gas engine will restart and 22 to 35 minutes will run for about 5 minutes then shut down again could this be a gas filter problem

Could very well be the fuel filter, try replacing it, aslo check for a cramped fuel line, if the problem persists, check the fuel pump

Will a faulty BCM prevent vehicle from starting? New fuel pump and filter. Injectors are good but owner now telling me the gauges have been wacky for couple months. Engine fan not working, fuel gauge

The car should be throwing codes. The check engine light would be on. Disconnect battery for 30 minutes, reconnect, drive, and see if there is any issue. The BCM should not be at issue here. BODY Control Module.

Engine shuts down

The only way to know for sure is to hook a gauge to the rail and check the fuel pressure when it won't start.
Sitting for a few minutes and restarting is normally a sign of a relay or coil cooling off.
There should be a EEC relay that powers the dist module and ECM.
I know you said you have spark, but it could be something else
Also, if you have spark at the right time and no fuel pressure, you should be able to use starting fluid to substitute.
I don't suppose you have dual tanks and the switching valve is the problem ?

98 Buick Regal -engine quits

ok its one of two things you need to check when it cuts off if you have spark or fuel if you lose fuel pressure replace pump it gets hot and makes noise like its running but its not pumping fuel and if you lose spark you need to replace ignition control module has a hair line crack in it and when gets hot the crack expands and loses contact and wala no spark
