SOURCE: 1994 Honda Accord Ex dashboard removal

You have to remove the console and radio pod. Then remove 2 screws that you can now get to behind the pod. Then pry out the dash light dimmer switch (the one you use to adjust dash light brightness) remove the screw behind it that holds in the gage cluster trim. Then there is another switch on the other side under the cluster (don't remember what it is) and there is another screw behind it. Have fun, LOL!

SOURCE: error code 41 on 1994 honda accord

A 41 error is your throttle positioning sensor, its a electrical sensor hooked to your injectors telling them how much gas/air to be releasing as u accelerate/deccelerate. Best and only way to fix it is to buy a new sensor. Then reset the cars computer at a diagnostics shop for little or no cost.

I understand not waning to buy a brand new tranny. That plus labor could run your upwards of 5k! Try going to a local salvage yard and finding a used transmission there. People do this all the time. Saves lots of money! Just tell the people at the salvage yard what you need, they will have it. I bet you could find one off a honda accord with around 50k or so on it, which is absolutely nothing for a honda. You could probably get another 150k on it easy!

Inner tie rod has come out twice - - 94 honda accord wagon

Yes, replace the rack. Estimate, no way anyone can tell you this. Shop around and get quotes on racks and fitting if you do not want to undertake this yourself.. Make sure you have a wheel alignment after the new rack is installed if the workshop does not do this or if you replace the rack yourself..
