Sounds like your throttle position sensor is acting up. No correct way for a regular person to check. Go to Autozone and have them show you where it is.

My 1998 MB E 320 will blow cool air for 5 minutes the later on just regular air not cool, recharge with freon but still the same whats wrong?

If it needs recharging within a few hours or days the system has a bad leak.

The Mercedes compressor has a speed sensor in the back of it.
If this fails the compressor shuts off.

Other problems with this system are many, so run check on this first.

I just want to know if its okay to use regular unleaded gas in my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, vin# is 2G2WP522241115621

Usually its fine to use regular unleaded gasoline in most cars anymore, but to be safe i would look in your owners manual and see what the manufacturer specifies, most cars now have whats called a knock sensor on the engine with regular gas the knock sensor detects engine knock from lower octane gases and tells the computer how to adjust ignition timing until engine knock disappears, being all cars have a knock sensor on them it usually is safe to use regular gas unless a turbo or supercharger is being used on the engine this application usually requires a higher octane gas to run the engine smoothly but as for your appilcation there should be no reason you cannot use regular gasoline, the computer will adjust your ignition timing as need to maintain good engine performance through the knock sensor.

I have a 94 buick park avenue ultra for 3 yrs. and it started stalling out. Going on line, some people replaced most sensors and gas filter. My problem was vacuum lines that were shot and one, going yo the fuel pressure regulator wasn't connected, which was the main problem.

I have a 2000 Triton 2.8 diesel mk 4wd regularly serviced that blows black smoke constantly under power & uses excessive fuel

does your regular service includes the injection pump being brought down for cleaning and maintenance?

it is an injection pump problem. inside the injection pump are valves and strainers that are not accessible for regular users. they could only be cleaned or replaced by these people who work with injection pumps and they would calibrate the injectors also so that it would not be blowing black gas and uses excessive fuel.

tnx 4 using fixya,
