SOURCE: clicking sound when turning ignition to start my 1994 Acura Vigor

your solenoid sits right next to your starter on the same housing you can check it by removing your starter from your transmission bell housing follow your positive cable from your battery there will be two bolts . this could be a pain in the **** but you can do it. once you have it out you can check it with a set of jumper cables on the ground . connect your neg: cable to the outer housing were the bolt holes are. then touch the pos: cable to the small bolt and the large bolt at the same time. if the starter ingages at a high speed rpm than its ok this means if the gear in front pops out and spins with no problem. when you do this the starter will try to jump dont be frieghtend. hold it for just a few second so you dont burn out the solenoid. if none of this happens then you need a new starter good luck

SOURCE: 92 acura vigor battery

REPLACE THE FUSES THEN DISCONNECT THE FACTORY ALARM AND RE-ACTIVATE IT. IF ANYTHING TRY IT WITH ANOTHER BATTERY FIRST.

SOURCE: 1994 acura vigor has abs and brakes lights on while driving?

Check for brake fluids and make sure all the brake fluid container is closed tightly. Also, you make have to bleed the brakes.

SOURCE: location of fuses for 92 acura vigor

they are below the driver side kick panel. It has a round latch turn over clock wise and pull cant miss it. Also there is another fuse box in engine compartment by the battery it has a cover pull it off.

SOURCE: The horn honks when I reconnect the battery

Hi,
If the horn only honked once it may be a symptom of your car alarm being set off after power has been re-applied. If the horn stays on after you reconnect the battery you have either a stuck horn button on your steering wheel or a stuck horn relay. Or it could be the alarm sounding the horn but that usually that occurs in a series of horn blasts (rather than continuous) and the car indicators usually flash in sync with the alarm sounding.
If the horn is stuck on in a continuous blast ie not sounding on and then off and then on etc etc, disconnect one the battery cables then pull the fuse that feeds the horn or pull off one of the removable spade electrical connectors from one of the 2 terminals on the horn itself. Usually the fuse box is either under the dashboard on the drivers side or could be under the hood. Consult your user manual for your car for fuse and horn locations.
If the horn is stuck you need to visit a qualified auto electrician, or perhaps you have a friend who knows his way around auto electrics?
Cheers,
Steve (Melbourne, Australia)

2005 Chevy impala horn issue. Horn is not working in the car, check the fuses under the hood and they are good. Also put 12v directly to the horn and sounded like it tried to work once but still didn't...

hi alicia, the clicking noise after you push the horn is a solenoide engaging which means this part of the circuit is ok.... you say you tried 12v directly to the horn and sounded like it tried to work once but still didn't honk. that tells me the problem, is with the horn. some horns in older cars have an adjusting screw, some-where on the side . if yours doesn't have one then apart from pulling the horn apart (if its screwed together as a lot of older ones are) buy a second hand horn....(note i have had this problem in the past and adjusting the screw in or out has fixed it .... there was a lock nut on the screw as well) hope this helps.... pete...

Bought a 1992 acura vigor and found horn fuse missing. when I replaced the fuse alarm goes off and constantly sounds. how do I stop it? I've read that there's a relay somewhere under the hood

horn relay located on the right side kick panel, you will see a row of relays,if horn relay is okay, more likely your horn control pad has a short inside causing horn button contacts to stick causing horn to keep blowing.

Could be the horn or the relay.

The horn stop working on my 94 acura legend i try to honk but it dosent work no honk? help

given that you do in fact have a horn attached to the other end of the button , there is a fuse in your fuse panel for your horn. if the fuse is still good , then check to make sure both wires are hooked up to the horn , and that where its mounted isnt all corroded ....corrision some times prohibits a good ground causing malfunction.
