2006 chrysler pacifica hesitates on acceleraton then only goes 20 mph

This is known as " limp mode " and I am surprised the dealer didn't run diagnostics because the problem would be logged into the ecu of the car.any problem such as fuel delivery , electronic system , transmission ,instruments to brakes etc should flag up if you encounter a limp mode episode.sometimes it is something simple such as slightly low oil pressure or low fuel ,
sometimes they happen out of the blue and then everything runs as normal so you need to keep a diary of what you where doing and when to try and pinpoint the problem.the car is simply trying to limit engine damage by reducing the bet is to get it to a garage and ask them to run a quick OBD test.(on board diagnostics) they connect a computer which reads the EMS ( engine management system).next time it does happen check the dashboard lights to see if the yellow car icon light comes on.this is the engine management system light.if you feel like you can tackle this yourself click the you tube link below which explains how to obtain a code reader to pinpoint what may be the problem.with this tool you can reset the EMS and wait for the car to misbehave again but keep the journeys local until you have found out what is going on. please vote if this was helpful. Thank you.

05 Pacifica stumbles during acceleration

check the manifold is not leaking on the intake side. also check and clean the intake top. carb clean helps to clean out all the muck out on to a cloth. also carb cleaner will help if you have a leak spray round the intake when engine is a temp. engine will cut out or speed up depending on carb cleaner used. were there is a leak.

How do I install a vehicle speed sensor in a 2006 chrysler pacifica 3.5L

here is the link for the part you need.

Simple as pie. Once you have the part in hand, You will see where it plugs in near the intake. Just follow it to the other end, remove and replace.

Should be a 10mm bolt holding it down, and to remove the plug, just press the retainer tab and pull out. New plug snaps right in.

Engine indicator is on, turbo does not work if speed over 30 mph

the turbo is the problem and needs replacement.  It's sadly expensive so try a junk yard or a turbo rebuilder.
