Firstly have someone operate the rear washer while you listen for motor operation at the front wheel well of the car (same side as the washer fluid reservoir).
If you can't hear the motor, then the motor is likely faulty and requires replacement.
You can operate the front washers to locate where both motors are. (under the car, beside the wheel well.)

If the motor is working but no water is coming out, then remove the rear washer jet and disconnect, then using a high pressure airline, blow backwards into the jet to clear out any blockage. If you don't have a high pressure airline with nozzle, then use something like the nylon filament from a yard brush to poke into the jet, to try and clear the blockage.

SOURCE: I cannot find the front window screen wiper pipes

if the nozzles are not on the hood, they may be in the wiper arms themselves, I have seen them under the vent grille at the bottom of the windshield as well, you should be able to see the hoses under the hood at the base of the windshield

This sounds like a bad switch, try dissconnecting the switch for the rear wipers and see if it stops if it does then replace the switch, the motor is pretty get and dry if it runs and the sprayers spray then it sounds like the switch is stuck or bad.start there,

My car has a lot of condensation on the front and rear windows ,dampness has formed in the passenger foot well, what could be the cause?

Air Conditioner Drain pipe blocked . Feel behind heater on carpet is it wet ?
If you have been using your Air conditioner in humid weather it will extract even more water from the air and if the pipe is blocked it will add water to your car.
If this is the cause it takes about 30 seconds for a car repair place to lift the car up on their car jack and unblock the pipe .

How do i remove the boot trim on a rover 25

You don't remove the boot trim.
The pipe runs through the black plastic rubber tubing, top left of the boot hatch, and then runs to the base of the wiper.
Pull off the black plastic cover, at the bottom of the wiper arm, and try the rear washer again.
If nothing comes out, then the prob is most likely is that the water tube has snapped, inside the black rubber tubing at the top of the hatch.
Good luck!
