SOURCE: My Isuzu KB300LX DOUBLE CAB automatic gear box

My Isuzu KB300 D/C Automatic has a problem.I assume it was the diff-lock, as the diff sometimes make a funny noise when changing from 1st to 2nd gear.Sometimes when I pull away,it's like the wheels get stucked and the Ldv does not want to move.When I pull away at sharp corners,its like the wheels are stuck. I have to move very slow in the begining. Today the ldv decided not to move.The ldv has only 102000km. Any ideas what could it be?

This engine is computer controlled but you make no mention of any fault code testing, also what about fuel pressure and is the exhaust system clogging up with carbon?

You do not need to bleed the lines, just hold the gas pedal to the floor while you crank the engine and it will self bleed.

is that 3.0L Petrol engine?

2006 Isuzu shuts down I change fuel filter and bleed line. Still having the problem it shuting but worst.


Hi... Did you check the fuel injectors? Another posibility is the electrical gas pump. It is instaled in the gas tank. It has a little filter also. May be the gas pump needs to be replaced....

2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 5.9 leaking fuel. Engine still runs just fine, but fuel leaking heavily from under the cab(not close to the fuel tank).


There are several fuel connection points in the fuel lines which run from the tank to the fuel pump through the left frame rail. Check these connections and look for any damage to the fuel lines. Additionally, the fuel filter on the left rear of the engine has a water bleed off knob on the bottom. This knob could also leak by the left front corner of the cab.

Hi,
That looks like air in the fuel system. Bleed the fuel system by loosening the bleeder nipple, pump the bleeder( top of the fuel filter cartridge ) remove any bubbles that comes out from the bleeder, if there are no more bubbles tighten the bleeder and start the engine.

1990 its an injector pump ,two bleed screws on the in jector pump,but it might have a auto bleed pipe,think it has so prime it with the hand pump then slacken the injector pipes on the injectors and assistant cranks ,never no more than 20secs so as not to overheat the motor ,then as one or the other shows fuel pumping up tighten it as you get to 2 or more it will start
