You have a defective steering rack from what you are describing here. Any tire shop can drive this and give you the final answer in most cases for free. A rebuilt steering rack is about $200-$300 and then the front end must be aligned, the whole job is about $700.00

I replaced ps gear box.R&R box & filled the PS pump res. I started the engine and the steering wheel goes wild, going back and forth and can not be held in place. I restarted several times, same thing

Sounds like air in the system.
Jack up the front end til the front tires are off the ground, put jack stands under it, crank it and turn the steering wheel lock to lock several times while keeping fluid in the pump reservoir. See if the problem goes away. Then panic.

I have airbag warning light on it flashes once followed by nine flashes then stays on. How do I fix

Guess, wild guess, that your airbag is not functional? Maybe you should do a scan to your car's computer..
A general warning, whe any of those light turns on and you can't find any explanation, is to do a computer scan.

1999 Windstar has the air bag light on the horn is not working and the controls on dash (gas temp etc) just goes wild flopping everywhere.

under your steering wheel, is a part called a clock spring which controls your airbag/horn........removal of steering wheel is necessary
it looks like a round thing with multiple colored wires coming out of it.
the replacement is available at your local Ford dealer

PS: disconnect battery first! you will need a steering wheel puller to do the job.

2006 Caravan turn signals gone wild

you need new signal switch assembly. unfortunately federal laws do not allow john q public to remove the steering wheels as the airbag has to be removed. Take it to the dealership or a reputable repair shop.
