Question about Cars & Trucks
I replaced all mountings ,but car still has a vibration on idle.what else could it be
The next thing to do is check the engine cylinders for correct compression reading, no cylinder should be less than 5% different than the highest reading cylinder. Also have the fuel injectors professionally cleaned by the dealer (no pour in the tank cleaner) and the harmonic damper on the crankshaft replaced if it shows signs of wear in the elastic ring.

Check your exhaust system, some bolts used to loose or gone on Altima 02-06. Especially check the bolt close to the joint between exhaust manifold and front pipe. Check if your sway bar rubbing your exhaust pipe.

Check the idle control system, also check if all the injectors are working. Provided you already changed the spark plugs.

mcdevito75 here, A vibration while idleing is not really normal, a rough idle could be many things, wrong octane gas, dirty gas filter, dirty smog controls. Have your local shop take a look for you.
