Question about 2010 Ford Focus 1.6
Horn worked until it was towed and impounded now just a click. the lights go on and off when you set the alarm but the horn is silent.

look under the dash at the fuse panel and locate the relay for the horn... replace it. quick way to tell which one it is is put your finger on each relay as you press the horn... the one that you can feel clicking is the one to replace.

the switch is in fact the earth when you select reverse it gronds the wire, so to test take lead off and earth it, there will be a contant live to the bulb with the ignition on, if when earthed the light works the fault is with the switch, which could be an adjustment problem, or a defective switch. if does not work when earthed check the live to the bulb then check fuse
