I'm sure someone has a torque value tucked away somewhere but, torque is necessary only to prevent warpage and also to keep a critical bolt from walking back. If you make them good and tight, you won't have a problem. A bolt of that diameter can take at least 45-50 foot pounds, perhaps just a bit more without snapping.. Most times in a shop, they are tightened with an air gun.
