There are several potential issues.
First, I would check the fuses for your windows, that's the cheapest and simplest solution.
If that doesn't fix it, then I would check your switches/wiring. A lot of the time, the switches can get gummed up/corroded.
The last thing I would try is the window lift motor itself, see if it runs separate from the car.
