The car is designed not to spin it's wheels when taking off. If you want to make it do that you need to either change the powertrain programming or replace some powertrain parts.

How do i get to my heater core 1995 ford crown vic

Your heater core is located behind the dash. You need to remove the dashboard and your heater core will be located on the passenger side along the firewall. It will look like a small radiator. Get yourself a haynes manual for good step by step instructions and pictures to remove your dash.

My crown victoria is leaking radiator water inside the car. mainly on the passenger side beneath the glove compartment. It smells really bad, and I can't find the leak. Is there any way to get detailed...

Yes, it's the cars heater core leaking. The heater core is like a mini radiator under the dash-coolant circulates through it from the engine to provide the heat. To change the heater core is a very labor intensive job. You really need to get a repair manual, or go online to 'alldata' diy repair where you can sign up for 1 year or more access to your Crown Vics repair info. Excellent source for diagrams and instructions. I believe one year is $16.95, good for ONE car info for a year.

Remove heater core 1998 crown victoria

You dont need to remove all of those thing to do that. Working on the passenger side, remove the globe box and then the air bag, you are gonna see the bolts there. Now yo can see the black box behind the globe box? you have to remove the screws, some from the inside and some from the ouside (very hard to reach, under the box of the AC box outside).
Lifth the black box of the heater core and change it!!!
