SOURCE: fitted new clutch and slave cylinder in 2.5 v6

crawl up under the dashboard & look where the clutch pedal rod goes through the firewall. look for traces of brake fluid at the rubber boot of the rod. a clutch master cylinder normally will leak to the inside of the vehicle & down the firewall when it fails. Replace as required & bleed clutch system using the bleeder valve that should be on the slave asy.

2011 Transit Connect. Radio turns on but no sound come out

This is probably a fault within the head unit itself.
Try disconnecting the battery for 20min....you will have to rset all codes too.
If it still does not work, i would fit another head unit.

My 2.5 v6 1999 cougar is difficult to start when cold.

Try the engine temp sensor! I had a renault 3.0 v6 24v in which ford used to use in the old monsters like ya granadas n so on. Its should be on ya cylinder head somewhere and the plug should be green in colour. If ya find it, start up ya engine n pop ya bonnet. Remove the plug, the engine will run smooth strait away. If this is the case, as a temp solution spray with WD40 to to clean n provide a propper connection. In the long run tho ya will need a new sensor which screws into the cylinder head. This sounds like a big problem but it aint n the new sensor can be found on auction sites n ya will prob be able to pay for it with a single note. Hope this helps. If not try ya points.

My ford transit 1999 van blows white smoke dont have aceleration

Sounds like a head gasket. White smoke is a sign of water (COOLANT) entering the cylinders. Hopefully its a head gasket and not a cracked block..
