Pull the blower motor out and clean out the leaves and other vegetable matter that has gotten in there, it is burning off on the very hot blower motor resistor coils

SOURCE: front vents will not work

If they are stuck on defrost, then the problem is a little vaccum line that comes through the firewall as all the climate controls are vaccum controlled,so look for a small green or black plastic line unhooked.

2005 chrysler town & counry constantly blows hot in front

I'd lean more toward the blend door actuator. I've experienced that problem more often with Grand Caravans (aka Town and Countries) and Pacificas. Usually, if it's a resistor, it's the blower motor resister, which means you wouldn't get any air movement at all.

The only thing I can't recall off hand is if Chrysler services the actuator separate from the blend door housing on these models. However, I'm sure that's what you will need as the blend door is what regulates the mixture of cool and hot air. Keep in mind this is not the mode door actuator or housing. That's something completely different that directs the air to different paths (vent, floor defroster, etc.)

Contact Chrysler as I believe these are only available OEM last I checked.

2007 chrysler town and country a/c blows cold through floor and defrost vent but not dash vents

Often a sign of a blend door problem. The blend door or doors are in the heater a/c box behind the dash.

2003 chrysler town and country.....air is not blowing in front vents or defrost..checked blower, fuse, and relay all are o.k.

Some of these use the vacuum to operate the flaps that direct the air, check for the small black pipe that comes from the top of the motor.

My front air does not blow out (it works in the back). I changed the blower relay in the fuse box next to the battery and put in a new blower fan under the glove box but it still does not blow air out in...

Have you replaced the blower motor resistor? It's located behind the passenger-side in-dash glove box. That's what allows you to control the fan speed.

My 2002 chrysler town and country is blowing extremely hot air out of driver side vents even when temp set to 59 degrees...other vents work according to what they are set on. I have ATC...PLEASE HELP!

there is a control module behind the glove box, about 2 in. by 3 in. It will have a metal cooling thing on the green chip. That may be your problem. That definately sounds weird. Do you have the 3 zone climate control?
