Use a wrench to remove the mounting bolt from the underbody through the hole in the splash shield.
Remove the fog light assembly from the bumper by pulling its inner edge first, then the whole assembly out of the bumper.
Remove the electrical connector from the bulb by pushing on the tab and pulling the connector down.
Remove the bulb from the fog light assembly by turning it one quarter turn counterclockwise.
Push the electrical connector onto the new bulb.
Turn on the fog lights to test the new bulb.
Reinstall the fog light assembly into the bumper. Tighten the mounting bolt.
Insert the new bulb into the assembly and turn it one-quarter turn clockwise to lock it in place.
Hope this helps you.

on one or both sides of the brake lense will have a small indent where you can pop out the plastic retainer with a flathead screwdriver or pick. behind those are normal phillips head screws. remove and the lense will not come off and you will be able to change the bulb.- hope this helps
