Question about Dodge Cars & Trucks
It is in very good condition.
1st they did not make the Intrepid until 1993 so I base the info on that. Miles are important no matter the condition. Private part sale is about $1,800.00-$2,000.00 US dollars

SOURCE: DODGE INTREPID
I have a 2000 dodge intrepid it has been a great car i bought it a 86,000 miles at 132,000 i was driving i came to a stop sign and stopped and the car died, never started again it was a long process to find out what was wrong with it but eventually i found out the motor had no compression I was told by the mechanic from chrysler that the 2000 dodge intrepids are known for this that around 130,000 miles the oil sludge build up in a 2.7 liter motor is horrible and before ya know it your looking for a new motor, so thats what i did 2500 dollars later my intrepid is back on the road and seems to be running great. (knock on wood). In the process of trying to find these motors it was hard because this same problem occurs so often on these motors that its hard to find one at a salvage yard it took me a month and about a 150 miles to find one but i did. all in all i think these are good cars but i would recommend staying away from the 2.7 liter if possible, good luck!
