Question about Cars & Trucks
You have a short in your lighting wireing it sounds like it is grounding out your ignition system think of any mods you may have made that involve wiring if so disconnect and try again, its a mess trouble shooting wiring. my best advice is disconnect lighting wiring harnesses one at a time trying in between attempts to narrow the search good luck

"have put all new breaks, lines, sensors." For the Mechanic to get the brake fluid in the line to the calibers. It has to be pump by stepping on the brakes pedal. You said "no breaks" so that did not happen.
My question is does the master cylinder work? A lot of work was done that was not needed to be done.
The Dealer will not do any thing if they did not work on the brakes. If the Dealer did this job then you can complain about them.
The black box you are referring to is call ABS control module. It should be on under the hood on the driver side of the radiator. These units do fail.
You can go the the Auto store and ask, if they carry it then they will know where it is locate. You can also go to Dealer parts department, they will carry the part and can show you where it is locate.
If you do replace the control module, make sure the brake line is properly bleed of all air.
I do hope this help you

This is normal. They time themselves out. Is the switch in the auto position? If so, turn it off, and they will turn off with the car.
