You can buy a good service manual for your truck from Haynes for $25 on line, eBay, or check your local library for a loaner copy. We have a Haynes manual in each of three vehicles and they have been very valuable when problems arise. and why are you trying to bleed injectors, they bleed themselves unless you are not getting power or pressure to them

Sounds like clutch is too hard to release causing excessive pressure. Could be binding release bearing or faulty clutch.

Ford uses hydraulic valve lifters,turn engine over to install rockers,engine oil pressure keeps valves constantly adjusted.

check all the fuses and relays to see if they are not burned . one by one. unless you have an owners manuel. they are usually listed there.
