The spark plugs in your engine are used to ignite the compressed fuel air mixture. If the condition of the plugs are fouled by excessive fuel or carbon the engine will not start. You should start there and let us know if that fixes it.
if it can't help you i think you should diagnostic your car you can do it in a garage or you can do it by yourself, i think it is better if you do it by yourself , but you need a diagnostic tool first and you can buy a good one here: xcardiag.com

A no-start condition can occur with several different symptoms. Have a clear understanding of which one applies to your vehicle when having the problem diagnosed.

Here are the most common symptoms:
Engine will not turn over (or crank over)
Engine will turn over (crank) but will not start
Engine starts and dies (stalls)

If you have no 'check engine' light, you will need a technician to diagnose it and I would recommend NOT driving it. If, for example, a rod cap has come loose, it will destroy the engine if it gets even looser.

1994 jeep, wont start, wont run

It sounds like you may have a bad connection somewhere. Start with your battery cables and then look at all of your ground wires as well. When you try to start your jeep see if the wires from the battery get hot.

89 jeep wrangler wont start

Sounds like the drainback valve inside the pump is shot...try just turning the key on and waiting a minute and see if it starts that way.

Jeep wont start checked connection and fuses

Check the battery, it sounds like it's flat. Try charging the battery to see if it recovers, but if the battery is about 3 years old or more it is likely to have failed and replacement is the only viable solution.
