Low oil pressure in my 1996 Buick park avenue

Replace the sender before you worry too much. Many times that is the problem.
It should either be located at the top of the block in back near the transmission or near the oil filter.

My park avenue oil pressure gauge will not come up at all its down past the high end of the gauge not the bottom. Sometimes it comes back to normal and then flickers up and back to normal. Then it just...

Not the oil level sensor , Could also be the gauge is bad . You could try buying a used cluster at automotive salvage yard for $20 - 30 buck . Had a problem with chevy cavalier with the temp gauge showing overheating , just started the car so i know it wasn't overheating . Changed instrument cluster , the gauge work normally . You could also check the oil pressure with a pressure tester . Screws into when sensor screws into . Videos on youtube . How To Check Oil Pressure EricTheCarGuy

I need to replace the oil pan on a 1995 buick park avenue. Will I have to pull the motor out or can I just jack it up?

The easy way to do this is on a car hoist. The engine subframe can be removed quite easily allowing access to the oil pan as long as the engine is supported. If a hoist is not available, the next best way is to lilft the motor out of the car. Hope this helps.
