Is the check engine light on?if you have no spark, start with the wires, and work your way back. you say that you replaced the coil packs..... it could be a crank position sensor. please get back to me if the check engine light is on. also, let me know what happened from the start. were you driving? has the car sat for a while?

Have you tried replaceing the ECM module?
This is located under the distributor cap.
It will be screwed down possibly.
Usually with PHILLUPS SCREWS (2).
This is an electronic part so it is crucial you are careful with it and keep area around and near as clean and dry as possible.
NOT an extremely hard job but can become hard if screws or parts get damaged or wires get crossed trying to remove them.
Also you can damage other things during process of removal and installation if not careful.
TO REPLACE ECM (if equipped) (To find out if your car has one you can call parts house such as O'Riellys and ask them.): Remove distributor cap being careful not to remove more than one sparkplug wire (Fireing order will be required to put them back if you dont know which came from where.)
After removing cap remove rotary button.
ECM should be lying flat in bottom of distributor.
Wires will be running to it. Again BE CAREFUL. Dont distroy connectors or wires.
Replacement of ECM module is as simple as removing and replaceing with identical replacement part.
If new doesn't look like old part INVESTIGATE to be sure replacement part will suffice.
Replace all parts and connections. (Then I recommend you stop and gather yourself and go over reinstallation just to be sure you didn't forget or miss anything.)
Remove all tools from work area under hood.
If this was your problem your engine should easily START.

the problem has to be wireing.checking with an ohm meter will not tell you for sure how much current the wier will carry so you need need to find where it starts and ends and disconnect bothe ends.put a jumper to ground in one end then hook a test light to your positive battery terminal, put in the other end of the harness and see if the light is bright or dim.

if starter fluid made it chug, I would suspect fuel pump fuse, relay or pump, also fuel filter.

think a timing belt slippage or camshaft position sensor,
deffiantly something there to take a deeper look at.
double check the cams and their alighnment marks that they alighn with TDC if out of sync. nothing will fire right, the coil pack has no ides where anything is for some reason, good luck with this one,Gary

The car do not starter and the light oron do not strarter jack in up it starter and run 2003 buick lesabre

There are some possibilities which you will have to check in this case:--

1) First of all check the power and voltage to the battery. With meter it will show exact 12 volt if the battery is charged. If the voltage is less get the battery charged at local auto repair shop. If the battery is internally drained and not getting charged then its time to replace the battery.

2) When you crank the car do you see spark coming at the spark plug? If no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack. If the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack. The spark plug gets power to spark from coil pack.

3) The other thing to check in this case is the starter solenoid of the car. If the battery is charged and you start the car then it gives power to the starter to start the car. But if starter is faulty or not connected properly then car will not start.

4) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the car. If there is fuel in the car then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.

5) If all the above possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then it's a electrical issue and the wiring's in the car needs to be checked. The car gets power from the battery to get started. so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by one.

The battery to starter connection has power.the battery is ok.but there are many other possibilities related to battery and its other connections, the spark plugs, the fuel pump, the fuel itself, the sensors(o2 sensor, maf sensor)the valve(IAC valve, egr valve). Most probably the spark plug, the coil pack and crank shaft sensor. This 3 are not getting power to get the car start.

I have a 1995 buick lesabre and i changed control module, position sensor, cam sensor and computer. car stop and will turn but want start. when i first bought car it had this vibration on take off but never...

Are you getting gas and spark to the cylinders?

If you add gas to the throttle body, does it start?
If so, then you have a fuel pump delivery problem in this vehicle.

If it doesn't start, then you may have a spark problem at the spark plugs due to a coil pack going bad or a module (but you said you changed the module).

Also, is this a 1995 Buick LeSabre of a 1993 Buick Skylark (which it is listed under)? What engine size is this?

Changed starter and alternator and still wont start on 1988 grand am

There are few things that you will have to check. 1) Is the battery properly charged. 2) Are you getting spark at the spark plugs, when you crank the car to start. 3) Is there proper fuel in the car. ---------------- If the battery is not charged properly the car will not start.Check the voltage of the battery .It should be exact 12volt. If there is no spark coming when you crank the engine then its the problem of either the spark plugs or the coil pack.the spark plugs gets power to spark from coil packs. Also check the fuel pump and fuel filter. If the fuel pump and fuel filter are worn out then it will not supply the fuel properly to the engine and this results in no-start problem. If all battery, fuel pump and spark plugs checked out OK then its time to check the wiring connections between the battery to starter and battery to alternator. This will help. Could be fuel filter, best thing to do is chg. fuel filter and do a fuel pressure test, don't think for a moment that it can't be the pump they have been known to go out just that quick.
