Did you recently have your brakes changed? how is your brake fluid level? it sounds like your brakes need to be bled and brake fluid topped off

by releasing the park brake you are in fact putting air in the park brake (spring brake diaphragms) that compresses the springs and allows the brakes to release. When you apply the park brake you are in effect dumping the air out of the system and allowing the spring brakes to come on. The light is telling you that there is insufficient air in the park brake circuit to fully release the spring brakes. Some ideas are that the air lines on the trailer are opposite to the prime mover(tractor), there is a kink in the air lines in the trailer , the air tank that holds emergency air for the spring brakes system has an internal leak in a valve between chambers or externally between air tanks. I would make very sure that I fixed this problem before I travelled as the consequences of a trailer wheel lock up at speed could have very serious results.

I. change the pbrake booster on my 96 ford exploer and wen i put it drive the brake still go all the way to the floor

Brake booster just helps lessen the effort to stop. You either have air in your system or a leaking line \,or caliper cylinder or wheel cylinder, look along frame rails and the inside of tires or wheels after pumping and holding the brake pedal. If there is no leak your master brake cylinder is bad and fluid by passing the seals.

96' Chevy K1500 Brakes are hard to press, but u hear a lot of air coming out, if i hold the brakes down for too long the truck cuts off.

It sounds like a problem with the brake booster, the air diaphragm that gives you power brakes. It is located right behind the brake master cylinder and mounted to the firewall.
Check the large vacuum hose to it for leaks. If the air is coming out of the unit itself, it will need replacing.
It will stop the engine because with a large air leak, the engine just sucks in way too much air. Hard brakes are also an indication that the booster is not working right. But check the hose first for leaking.
Good luck.

Paddle is too soft and if put hard brake it did not stop

you have air in the lines either your brake fluid is really low or work was done on the brake system and air was able to get in. also check all the lines and make sure there is not a leak somewhere this would also allow air into the system. You will need to bleed the brakes to remove the air once you have determined that the system is leak free.

Sounds like you have air in one or more brake lines. All four brake lines needs to be bled to get all air no matter how little air is in them. Recommendations use two people to do this one in vehicle one at the wheel you are bleeding. Loosen bleeder, attach a rubber tube that fits tight around fitting, get a glass jar, (I use a baby food jar) put a little brake fluid in jar so the tube doesn't **** back in air, slowly apply brake and watch air bubbles in jar, do this until no more air bubbles come out. You must do this on all four wheels to be effective. If this doesn't work there is a leak somewhere. Lines, caliper, or wheel cylinder.

When braking have to step on the brake more than once and I already change the master cilinder

did you bench bleed the master cylinder before putting it on car. if not there is air in braking system. you can try this, have someone pump the brakes and hold them. when loosening line the brakes will go to floor, tell person to hold them till line is retightened. loosen one brake line to get trapped air out. close line and have person pump then hold the brakes and repeat above till the brakes go to floor. if this does not get all air out! then bleed at wheels. ( how to bench bleed master cylinder ).----- put in vise, fill resovoir full of brake fluid. use a dowel or similar to pump master cylinder, pump untill fluid is free of air bubbles shoots out that has no more air in it. keep fluid in it or you will get more air in it. when putting on car have fluid in it. as long as you do not loose fluid from lines, you should be ok!! have a good holiday !! if all else fails. be sure there is no leaks at the wheels or brake lines. usually if a wheel cylinder is leaking. you will see this on inside of wheels on backing plate. be sure to fill fluid when done.

First inspect the vacuum check valve and the booster vacuum grommet for any leaks, even a pin hole in the check valve can also cause that to happen.

If the vacuum line to the booster is tight and has no air leaks, and no air leaks are in the vacuum check valve, then replace the booster unit.
