Question about Cars & Trucks
In a 2004 Infiniti, there are 2 ways that you can try to disarm the factory alarm. First, I would stick the key into the key hole in the driver front door. turn the key to the unlock position, and hold it there for about 5 seconds. if this does not work..... pull out your window switch. On the reverse side of the switch, you will see a white 16 pin plug. there is a single red wire in this switch. you will need to double pulse this wire with a ground signal. you can do this by running a ground wire to the switch and tapping it to the pin 2 times. be careful not to hold it on the wire for too long, because this will roll the window down. if this works, i would wire a relay to isolate the ground, and hook up a switch to the ground output side to double pulse the wire.

What a great mom! Thank her for such a great car! My first car cost $25 dollars and the motor was taken apart in the trunk. Please drive very carefully!

There is an Intelligent Power Distribution Module (IPDM), a Fuse & Relay Box, a Fusible Link Box, and a Fuse & Fusible Link Box, all of which are located at the right side of the engine compartment.
Then there is the Instrument Panel Junction Block, which is located behind the driver's side kick panel.
