It is located on the drivers side, at the left side of instrument panel located on fuse block. It simply unplugs. They are usually round about the size of a silver dollar with 3 plugs. Can be plastic or metal

Either a multifunction switch, or a body control module problem. Possibly the flasher itself.

check grounds then signal switch-oh but dont forget dodge have a body computer that controls all lights fron the switches with on-off or resisted signals-my advice go to a dodge repair outlet,will save you time and money
