You cannot add Tranny fluid to it. The Jag S-Type has to go in for Service for this. I know it Sucks!

I want to remove the leper on the hood. Is there

As far as I know 2007 and 2008 US Jaguars don´t have the leper jag on the hood, instead, they have a Jaguar round emblem, ask a Jag dealer. or maybe the round center emblem of the wheels can fit there. Good Luck

I have a 2003 taurus with the same liter engine as your jag Ford has been making this engine since 1986 the only thing to worry about check the drive belt make sure transmission fluid has been changed and had all current oil changes and tune ups and also if I had found this deal before you did I would have a Jag :-)

Two problems. 1. jag a noise when down shifting. 2. jerks when taking off

There is a special fluid additive that you have to add to the fluid in your transmission, simply drain one litre of fluid from the trans and add one litre of this special additive that the dealer will sell you and your problem will be solved.
