SOURCE: Looking for a wiring diagram for a 2006 Ford Expedition

7way- black is 12volt (power), brown, running lights, yellow is left turn signal and stop light, green is right turn signal and stop light, white is ground, blue is brakes, and orange is aux power (can be back up lights, if trailer equipped w/ them). 6way is the same, minus orange wire. I have run into some variations to the above color codes (brown, yellow and green only-sometimes these 3 are different than stated, but only mixed as that group, as to what they control- example would be green is running lights, brown and yellow are turn signal and stop lights, the others should be as stated), if you have any trouble with things not working properly, it may be due to these variations, although the above are pretty standard. If you have an ohm meter you can check as you go (check for power at black wire- should be constant 12v, turn on turn signal and check for power-it will fluctuate from approx. 12 volts to 0 volts as the signal power pulses in the wire) hit the brakes, blue wire should show power, etc. Let me know if you need more help as you go.

Front parking light on my Alfa Romeo won't work but bulb is fine

Check with small voltmeter the center section of the bulb holder to frame to make sure you have 12 volts dc. If not it may be corrosion or an open wire to docket. Then you will have to troubleshoot it back to source.

Were is the connector to disconnect for ignition timing 89 gmc sierra

You have to disconnect the brown wire thats on the firewall. It disables the computer controlled advance and allows you to set the base timing. Disconnect SET TIMING connector (tan/black wire) located in harness close to distributor. DO NOT disconnect 4 wire connector at distributor.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck, set timing is O".

What is the milage expectancy out of my 04 murano?

I have an '03 with 175,000 miles on it. It runs well, but I am having minor issues with the plastic falling off underneath, stalling issues (had one tune-up at 90,000, need another) and a new exhaust is on the docket. Transmission has performed well and engine is still in top shape. All the internal gadgets (seat warmer, CD player, windows, air, moon roof, all dash lights) have never had one issue.

I hope yours is comparable and that this posting helps.

I need do know what wire disconnects the computers control of the timing so i can adjust the timing and plug it back in

Disconnect the brown and black striped wire next to the heater box the wire goes up the firewall on the passenger side look right over top of the blower motor. you'll see a plug sticking out of the wiring harness loom to allow you to easily disconnect and reconnect the wire reconnect the wire when you have static timing wutxtye0rjd9d9ekmodqt1eoxkvn9hr9qjz1l3dabggyud7sdgr36czsrfxqenadhnijx9nfayi+sz1sug0aaaaasuvork5cyii=
