SOURCE: doesn't start

All an engine needs to run is air, fuel, spark, and timing. You appear to be getting fuel. Pull a plug and reconnect it to the plug wire. Ground it to the engine away from gas and fumes and see if you get a good hot blue spark. If so cover the intake with your hand and turn the engine over. If you feel vacuum then you are probably getting air. If all of these things are okay then you are most likey looking for a timing issue. This could be mechanical like the timing belt or chain, valve train and cam(s), etc... It could also be the engine management systems including camshaft positoin sensor, mass airflow sensor, etc... I am assuming the van has the 4.3 Liter V-6 common for that model.
If it backfires it is probably getting spark maybe not at the right time. If these simple checks pan out you probably need to refer this problem to a mechanic.

SOURCE: Engine cranks, won't start

That does not sound good. It seems that you may have broken or worn rings or pistons. You could try timing the engine and see if that is not a problem but I think it is a bad piston and rings.

SOURCE: gas fumes at start up and idle with visable liquid

This is a Gasket. You can get it at any GOOD Auto Parts Store. Tell them that you need a Throttle Body Gasket or even let them look at it, They can tell which one.

SOURCE: throttle body injectors not fiering but there is fuel pressure

the injectors are fired thru the engine cotrol module but it gets its signal to fire from the pick-up located inside the distributor if you are loosing injector pulse only the ignition module is bad if you are also loosing spark when you loose injector pulse your pick up is causing the problem if you replace the pick-up i recomend you change the ignition module when doing so because they work together and you have to remove the distributor to change the pick-up

SOURCE: Running rough and buzzing at throttle body injectors

Sounds like the engine has a vacuum leak at the throttle body area.

1990 chevy blazer 350 ci throttle body fuel injected . the motor is flooding out u can see the injectors keep dumping fuel into the throttle body

Sounds like you have an injector leaking. Have someone just cycle the key on and off to run the fuel pump but don't crank the engine. If you see fuel dripping from the injectors, unbolt the injector cover on the throttle body, remove the injectors and replace the orings around the injectors.

Changing fuel injectors

here is the answer, follow these steps one by one please: (1)relieve fuel pressure by using a fuel pressure gauge that also has a bleeder valve on it (2)disconnect the negative battery terminal (3)remove the intake manifold service cover (4)remove air intact duct between the air cleaner housing and the throttle body gasket.also remove the throttle body spacer bolts, remove the spacer and remove thegasket.discard the old gaskets. (5)Disconnect the fuel supply and return lines from the fuel rail. 960Disconnect the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator. (6)Remove the nut that attaches the fuel rail end-point bracket retainer. (7)Disconnect the electrical connectors form all 8 fuel injectors and set the fuel injector harness aside. (8)Remove the fuel rail mounting bolts. (9)Remove the fuel rail and the fuel injectors as a single assembly. (10)Remove the fuel injectors one by one,by flipping up the U-clip retainer then pulling the injector from the fuel rail. (11)Remove the old O-rings from the injectors and be sure to use new ones when installing the new injectors. (12)Also use a new gasket when installing the spacer, also use a new throttle body gasket.>>when finished start car and check for leaks.and you're done.
