Question about 1997 Volkswagen Golf
Have changed battery but still the same, think it could be misfiring or need tuning? any help greatly appreciated.

Its simple but chek to see if your plug wires are conekted to spark plug or one of the wires could have a short

Just unscrew and pull off the air filter, clean the air intake manifold, reassemble and you should be OK
