If you're asking about the electronic pressure control solenoid, it's on the driver side of the valve body. There are 4 sols on that side, it's the one closest to the rear. It's bigger & heavier than the other 3.

SOURCE: trying to lacate the idle
The idle air control (IAC) valve on my 4.0 L OHV is on the driver's side of the
engine mounted on the side of the upper "plastic" intake manifold.
Removing the valve and CLEANING it does wonders for its operation ability.

Replace your Pressure Control Solenoid, or take it to a shop and have them replace it. This can cause both of the codes you are experiencing.
