Check the pipe feed under the hood for any kinks in the line.
Remove the pipe feed carefully and using a high pressure airline, blow back in the reverse direction of the water, back down the washer jet. This fine washer jet is prone to becoming blocked. If you don't have a high pressure airline, then you will need something very fine and flexible, yet stiff enough that when you insert it down the washer jet holes, it can disturb any blockage down there. Although I haven't tried one, you might use a yard brush nylon brush filament.

Front windsheld washer dont work but the back ones do on my 2001 town &country chrysler

Trace the washer hose from the hood backwards to the washer bottle.
The most likely problem is the hose is plugged, disconnected, or the two washer jets are plugged up.
Although it is not common, it could also be the pump has lost it's prime.
Check to see if your vehicle has two separate washer bottles.
Check the owner's manual.
God bless your efforts.

My saturn sc1 1999 stopped spraying washer fluid out of the driver side, the passenger side sprays fine. How can I fix this?

Sounds like the rubber hose broke between the Tee fitting and the spray nozzle. If the nozzles are between the hood and windshield, you may have to remove the wiper arms and the panel under the windshield to get to the hose.
