Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
Im having trouble with disconnecting the wiring between the door and the car.
Every wire going into the door will have a connector inside the door that must be disconnected (windows, locks, mirror, etc.) Pull off the inner door panel and disconnect all the wires where they connect to a switch or a controller. Then push the wire harness back out the door opening where the wires go in. Now you can continue with replacing the door

u need a new relay switch in the inside fuse box. it stores power and when it goes bad it drains the battery and the windows are because of a factory recall on the switch and has nothing to do with your problem. the rrelay switch is a big black square one and probably clicks alot after you park and get out of the car you will have to listen for it.
