Question about 2009 Mazda CX-7
Service history also shows operation codes 80 MAZ & 81MAZ performed at 33k, both with the description of "Engine Perf LVL". From what I am reading about Mazda service, not sure I should trust their word that the VVT issue has already been addressed.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

This problem sounds like ablown head gasket, this would make the oil mix in with the gas and would result in discolored smoke out of the exhaust pipe.
