SOURCE: cigarette lighter

First check the fuse... then try using a test light to check for power in the socket. If there is power replace the lighter coil... if not look for a loose wire behind the socket... Hope this helps...;-)

SOURCE: Where is the air conditioner compressor relay

The relay for the air conditioner compressor is located in a black box on the radiator support. this is a multi-function relay box and is sealed. This box has a large bundle of wires plugged into it. This controls the fuel pump, A/C compressor, and cooling fans. Unfortunately, the whole thing will have to be replaced which will cost around 100 dollars unless you can find one in a salvage or junk yard.

SOURCE: I have no pressure in my brake lines.

Make sure youre bleeding the lines correctly. Also you may have purchased a faulty master cylinder, trust me on that i bought two back to back and they were bad batch. check for cracked lines throughout the system.

My front passenger brake is sticking on a 1999 mercury sable

replace the brake hose as they can collapse inside causing the fluid to be trapped and not allowing it to travel back to the master cylinder causing a line lock effect.

My 97 mercury sable 3.0 is very hard to start once started runs really rough for a second then smooths out

My first guess would be a dirty throttle body or a faulty idle air control valve.
Also one of the injectors could be leaking fuel into the cylinder when you stop the engine.
Is the check engine light on when the engine is running ?

Have a Mercury sable with little brake pressure. Just got done putting in the second master cylinder. They were rebuilt ones.I had also bench bled them.Wondering if there is some thing I'm missing.

if yo u just replaced the master you need to bleed all wheels starting from the r/rear l/rear r/front l/front , do it 2-3 times and make sure the master cylinder is full at all times
