Question about 2000 Saturn Ls 4dr Sedan
Turn signals quit working on a 2000 saturn L 100 and i'm assuming it's just a fuse! My son is 2 states away with no owners manual so i'm just trying to info to pass on to him! Thanks!
Since it is both signals out a flasher may also be at fault. The flasher is located with the fuse box, located usually on left side of dash either on the end covered by the door panel(when closed) or near the feet kick panel or next to steering column. While I don't own your particular car this is what i can think of right now.

SOURCE: Bussmann Flasher for Saturn
The flashers are timed thru the hazzard switch. The hazzard switchneeds replaced. As for your other problems, has to be a body control module. The dealer will need to program this peice, as it holds the miles.
