Go to Wal-Mart or any Auto Parts Store and Get a Can of B12-Chemtool Fill your Gas tank and Put into the Fuel tank. This will clear up any Contaminants in the Fuel. Sounds like you might have a Little Bad Gas.

2002 dodge grand caravan will run real sluggish when it is cold outside

Your motor oil may be too thick or carboned up. When you start it, let it run for a while and rev it up to clean out the carbon. Or your fuel injectors may be dirty.

Cold weather starts no good, runs good after warm up

Might be the heating element in your O2 sensor is not functioning properly. It's supposed to heat up the O2 sensor when it's cold out and if it doesn't, the jeep will run bad until it warms up and then will runs good since it doesn't need the heating element any longer.Have it checked out.

Put new battery in car. Now it is hard to start. Replaced fuel filter no help. What could the problem be? Engine cranks ok. Seems like fuel not getting to engine. Seems to run fine after it is started....

fuel pump is in the tank but don't think that it is the problem if it runs fine after started. sounds like a cold start problem alot of these vehicle have what they call a cold start injector that supplies the initial fuel to get the car started and then the regular injectors do the rest have this checked and make sure it is working properly.

I have a 1996 ford taurus my car will not start in cold weather

you can jump it with a running car, then take it to somewhere like Autozone which will check the charging system and battery to see if there is a problem. Also sometimes you need to remove the battery cables and clean both them and the battery terminals.
